Pickup is 10-6 daily in Portland and Portsmouth, 10-5 daily in Biddeford
Orders placed before 4 will be ready the same day. Please wait until you have received an email or text confirming your order is ready before arriving. Orders are filled in the order they are placed. If you are hoping to pickup curbside in Portland, please park near our back door at 64 Market St and give us a call.

Shipping is a Flat Rate of $9.95. Some items cannot be shipped as noted on their product pages.
We generally ship UPS Ground. PO Boxes & some rural orders will be shipped USPS.
All shipping orders are sent from Portland, Maine. If your order includes products from the Portsmouth or Biddeford stores, your order will ship together after we gather everything. Toys arrive from Portsmouth on Wednesdays. Toys arrive from Biddeford on Thursdays. The location of a product can be found on the product page.
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking information.
